- Farm Report: -Soybeans harvested. -Backhaus Brothers signed the Farm Contract.
- Historian/Museum Report: –Questers Woodworking delivering two benches for the history museum. -Greg Nadler has a local person to give an estimate on the Museum addition.
- Chamber of Commerce: –Luminary party at the Visitors Center on 11/17. –Decorate the Town Square on 11/22. De-corating is scheduled at the Visitors Center for 1/17 at 1 pm. -A Gingerbread House Contest begins this year before and during the Christmas Walk. -No ornament being made this year. -A website page was added for local artist information. -The Town is sponsoring a Spirit Decorating Contest for the residents. Prizes are First Place of $100, Second Place of $75, and Third Place of $50. The Chamber is sponsoring a contest for the Town businesses.
- Snow removal bid from Town & Country approved at $70 per hour with salt and chemicals at $0.21 per pound.
- New and replacements for the 8 Barrel signs was approved for up to $1,200.
- The bid for the Town Park sign is tabled until the sidewalk plan is finished.
- Joe Buchheit is in contact with St. Charles County officials.
- The “Best of Augusta” Photo Contest deadline for adults/teens is November 30.
